Tough to find the course, our GPS sent us to The Classics. Once we arrived at Lely, we found the Pro Shop staff to be fine, the restaurant facility and food were quite good, the starter was nice. This course is perfectly fine, but nothing about it was truly memorable. One minor complaint was that the greens were not very... 更多
Very disappointed in the attitude of the employees of the Pro Shop we had asked if we could go out as a twosome and they assured us that it was way too busy and they couldn't afford to lose the green fees to let us go out as a twosome unless we went out at 2:30 right before the rate... 更多
Thinking of visiting Flamingo G.C ?.... my advice, don't waste your time. First of all it would appear that you have to' throw a double six ' to find this place !!! ( there are no signs and it would appear that it has changed it's name a few times ... no doubt to. hide from previous unhappy customers ).... 更多
We played The Flamingo course late November and the course was in a very good condition. Good fairways, fast greens and a beautiful layout with many challenging water areas. I played it from the Green tees and had a good fun. Loved the course. The proshop is well equipped, the food at the golf restaurant was excellent, especially the cold... 更多
We had booked 2 rounds of golf at Lely to play the mustang course. When we arrived we learnt that the flamingo course had recently come out of maintenance. Naturally we wanted to play both courses and the guys in the pro shop were more than accommodating to allow us to do so. The Flamingo course was the tougher of... 更多
The Flamingo Course at Lely Golf Resort is quite beautiful and reputed to be more challenging than the Mustang Course, the other of their public courses open to the public. The fairways on the Flamingo are narrower and have a great deal more water. We found these fairways to be better than others we played in southern Florida; they seem... 更多
The Flamingo is the somewhat more challenging of the 2 public courses at Lely. The fairways are a bit narrow and shot selection is very important. The 9th and 18th holes share a green so be careful of your aim. Summer rates are good but very expensive in winter.
It's a nice course, but for the $129 for a round in Late March it wasn't a drop dead gorgeous course. The greens were fast but in decent shape. There is a nice range that is included with the green fee as well as the cart with GPS and screens in them so that you can accurately measure distances from... 更多
