We booked a tour and really learned a lot. It is amazing the pictures this museum has. It is hard to say I had a good time as the subject matter is so dark. But the education was valuable.
I've been a member of the Holocaust Museum for about 10 years now and do volunteer work for them from time to time. The Museum is a dramatic reminder of what can happen if we forget about speaking up and caring for each other. In addition to the Museum, The most important service the museum performs are the classes the... 更多
We have just come back from the Holocaust Museum & Education Centre, and this is a tour you need to go on if you are interested in History. The cost is $10 per person and the tour runs for approximately 1.5 to 2hrs. We have learnt so much during the talk by 'Elliot' this mans knowledge is really quite staggering... 更多
this is a place to visit to learn about some of the most shocking and disturbing events in human history. it's not a casual rainy day activity. if you don't know much, the docents can guide you. the place is small, but very comprehensive, and tells the stories of quite a few actual people from the community. it's very well... 更多

able to learn new information provided by the volunteer docent that we were with. Details on the political environment of the world at that time, putting things in context. Very informative, certainly leaves one with a lasting impression of this time in history.
We visited this location on the 7th of April in the late afternoon, and were able to take the last tour. We were given a private tour, 3 in the beginning and then only the two of us.. It was over 2 hours long and EXTREMELY informative and thought provoking. The guide knew an enormous amount of statistics and dates... 更多
This is far less along the lines of a 'museum' and much more a collection of pictures (many depicting the experience of local families) and artifacts. It is very touching and a beautiful tribute to the memories of locals whose families experienced this horror. I did not take the tour, but listened to a good deal of it and the... 更多
My friend Irving is a tour guide at the museum so I thought I would check it out. I am so glad that I did. I learned how Hitler got the masses to follow....by telling the people what he knew they wanted to hear! I also found out how horrible mans inhumanity to man is! So sad.........
Wonderful museum with a very knowledgeable staff. Make sure you take the guided tour. It is worth it. The tour is deeply educational and informative. Great place to spend some time to learn more about this important event in history.
