From the beginning of our stay we were greeted by Ivan. He was great, and very helpful. The ladies at the front desk were also great and very welcoming! Our room was nice and cozy, lots of privacy. Great for couples or people trying to get away from crowds of mainstream hotels. The Spa is amazing and very relaxing. All... 更多
I was treated like royalty. Great service. Friendly staff. Everyone was so helpful, especially Katie and Sara (front desk). Ive stayed at some of the best resorts in the world.. I have to say that Katie, Sara and the rest of the staff made my trip very fun and special.
We spent the day here. Day pass=$75 which gives you access to the spa & pool area Pool area has zero entry, hot tub, artic plunge. Lots of umbrella & chairs with great views of the water. Someone immediately came out, greeted us with water glasses & a pitcher, and offered to open the umbrella. Staff were very friendly &... 更多
Got a nice invite to this famed spa for a free class & spa day. Upon arrival the bsb (blond spa boy) informed me of something not contained in any of the fine print on my invitation in a manner that was anything but welcoming! "You registered online for that free class"? And he said it kind of like a... 更多
You just can't beat the Standard in Miami.. old school Miami design, great pool area overlooking a wide expanse of Biscayne Bay, young hip vibe. Large carrera marble Hamman. Ask for Luba for a real (technically proficient) massage from a classically trained Russian sports therapist from the old Soviet Union. You won't be disappointed!
If you're stressed, and belong the class of bougies, I recommend this place. The amenities are perfect for a get away or romantic stay-cation. Highly recommended.
I spent the day with a friend at the Standard, where we had lunch and went to the spa. Frankly, it's all a bit much. So cool that it's not. The pool area is full of hyper bronzed fake boobed loudmouths bobbing about in strange green water, and the spa is full of nude beardy weirdies massaging each other in... 更多
If it was for the services alone I would rate this (very expensive) spa with 5 starts, but im a little turned off by the shared common waiting area, I understand this is probably normal for Turkish baths, but I would prefer some privacy. Other than this, the spa is beautiful, the hammam is the most amazing ive ever seen,... 更多
This great little mid-century hotel (built in 1952) has plenty of the cool 50s/60s vibe going on, but with all the modern updates and conveniences you'd expect from a hotel of this calibre. Great rooms, restaurant, juice bar, and the communal areas have a fire pit, swing chairs, and hammocks. But the real star of this place is the spa.... 更多
