Great park. Great tours. Get there early because the tours sell out by noon. There are trails as well as the tour. The caverns are 72 degrees so very pleasant. You will have to stoop as there is at least one passage that is only 4 feet in height.
I had a great visit to Florida Caverns State Park and found the scenery as pretty as described! The staff is great and the park is beautiful and well-maintained. I didn't take the cave tour this time but have in the past and it is a lot of fun, especially for kids and others who have never been underground. Wonderful... 更多
We visited the park for the cavern tour. It was $5 a car to get in. We went early and were signed up for the second group, which I'm glad we did because by the time we finished it was packed. The cost of the tour was $8 a person. Our tour guide was alot of fun and informative. It... 更多
Most people think beaches not caves when thy think of Florida. However, our family got to experience a unique side to our home state. We camped for two days, and even in the heat of summer, it was not too muggy. We swam in the camps spring, took the cave tour, and enjoyed a night hike. Our boys enjoyed fishing... 更多
The Florida Caverns are a MUST SEE, especially in Florida! We arrived at 10:15 a.m. on a Thursday and were not able to get a tour until 12:45 p.m. We slowly hiked the Bluff Trail which took us about an hour and was well worth it. Ethan gave us a humorous and educational tour - he was awesome! Although they... 更多
We loved our tour through the caverns. Only $8 for adults. Go early so you don't get shut out of a tour . Friendly staff. The park is clean with many hiking trails. Note you are not allowed to bring drinks even water inside the cavern. The tour lasts 45-60 minutes..it's well worth it.
We had a blast at this park!! We first went on the mile hike. The tunnel was fantastic!! The kids loved it. Even though it was 100 degrees outside we knew we were going swimming next. The blue hole was so refreshing. After being on the hike, getting into Blue hole spring was just what the Dr ordered. Diving off... 更多
Go early if you plan on touring the caverns! We showed up at 9:30 and weren't able to tour until 12:30. There were plenty of trails to keep us busy. They have camping and picnicking by the blue hole, where one could swim. The tour was an hour long and packed full of historic information. The time flew by. A... 更多
We visited the last week of June so the temps were high. We didn't tour the caverns as we had our dog with us, but we did enjoy the hike. We started off from the parking lot of the visitor center thinking we were taking a hike in the woods - boy were we surprised. First up was the tunnel... 更多
