I'm new to St. Petersburg and happened on this park while kayaking. What a cool little place. The boardwalk is all new and very nicely laid out. There is a floating dock where you can tie up your kayak and walk around the board walk. There is also a covered space for picnicking and restrooms/water nearby. Very nice and new... 更多
I was in Gulfport for their Tuesday Morning Market and decided to check out Clam Bayou. There was little signage on where to go so I just found a path and started walking. There were some areas with boardwalks where you could look out over the water. Unfortunately for me, I got to one of these dead ends, was not... 更多
This hidden little gem is St Petersburg's newest multi-million dollar park with miles of concrete biking and walking/running trails. They have a men's and women's restroom with indoor plumbing, docking for kayaks, and nature watching throughout. So much to see and do! I highly recommend checking out this park.
Clam Bayou is a nice little park to walk around with the dog. Lovely views from on top of the hill. Used to have more wildlife but the pollution from the sewage has driven off so many birds that used to live here. See the Osprey Nests on top of the poles. Nice to sit on the benches watch the... 更多
We went through a run here after hearing about the trails and needing a break from hitting the concrete. Saw a lot of birds and some crabs. There was also a flea market going on in the area which added some chaos to the atmosphere, but seemed like it could have been fun to visit. It's a nice change from... 更多
We were out on a Saturday to visit several parks in the area and just happened to drive around here. We saw a lot of birds, beautiful trees and water, On our way home, we saw lots of pelicans. I enjoy photography so I had a good time taking pictures
Stumbled upon this little park while looking for another one. Not much besides a few wooden overlooks and gravel paths. Safe, clean place to get out and walk around for a few minutes. I did not see any of the birds shown in the pictures, but it was a peaceful place.
This is really nothing more than a small green space with a short walking trail through mangroves alongside a marina. May be better if viewed by kayak or canoe. Hikers or those interested in a decent walk, this would be disappointing...the whole place would not occupy most people more than 30 minutes. Many more parks in the general area outside... 更多
We stayed a month in Gulfport and enjoyed walking through the Nature Park each day. Lots to see especially at low tide. It is also next to the marina.
