This is a beautiful river to tube or snorkel down. It is so relaxing and moves very slowly so you have lots of time to admire the lush vegetation and see some wildlife. Definitely an adventure worth taking.
Enjoyed the paths, camped nearby, the springs are beautiful. If you want to avoid the families definitely best to show up early.
This was our first Floridan Spring and absolutely beautiful. The water was unbelievably clear and we had the spring all the ourselves. We then took our tubes down the river passing lots of turtles chilling on logs. It was a perfect day. Highly recommended snorkels to appreciate the springs!
Great place to spend time with the kids - they had a blast. We only went to the main spring pool and the blue hole, we opted to not take the float down the river due to time.
We were the first ones on the river in the morning and for the next three hours we only saw one other Kayaker. The spring is clear cold and full of life, it was an amazing paddle. Be sure to snorkel the blue hole it is truly spectacular (but cold)

It was beautiful and we saw many turtles, fish and birds. It is definitely Old Florida. We recommend the Ichetucknee Tube Center for rentals of kayaks and tubes, etc.... 更多

We stopped at Lowe's and purchased our tube station for $7 each and then drove to the South Entrance of the... 更多
