This store/wine bar/cafe is one of the great resources of Coral Gables. It's a great place to browse for books and magazines or meet friends for a light meal. They even host book club meetings. Check their calendar too to see when a favorite author will be there for a talk and a book signing.
We went there on a Saturday evening where they had several events including live music. So there was quite a lot going on and I didn't get a chance to look at the books quite as much as I would have liked to. Maybe check their schedule before you go. The book store as such is amazing. You have rooms... 更多
It is a very nice book store in the Coral Gables. It also has a coffee shop which provides food. In the entrance there a bar and outside sitting. Location is great located across from Coral Gables Art Cinema.

This is one of my favorite book stores in the country. Honestly, I can't think of a better bookstore anywhere. This selection is huge, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and it is in a great location. You can spend hours here, as no one will rush you along. Very, very highly recommended
There are few interesting book stores in Miami and this is one I call a gem. This old spanish building houses an intimate book store with multiple books to choose from. There is also an air conditioned coffee shop and tables and chairs with umbrellas in the atrium. There is usually soft live music played on weekend evenings also. Very... 更多
New York has The Strand, San Francisco has City Lights Bookstore and Miami, well, Miami has Books & Books. An assortment of genre after genre of book with doodads like vintage postcards and a cafe situated in the middle of the store, so once you eventually make it through the first half of books you can have a break and... 更多
Books and Books reminds me of Diane Ackerman's: "A Natural History of the Senses." You think you are entering a Bookstore, where you will find the most magnificent books to take home with you. And indeed you will. Nonetheless, entering Books and Books, is much more than meets the eye. If you decide to enter through the right side, you... 更多
