loved the beach. water was cold though. private beach with chairs. on the way to the jetty, you can see dolphins swimming around. great for kids also
We loved this beach. It was very clean. In one of the reviews someone suggested to wear wet shoes because of all the shells. That was really helpful because the shells are a little uncomfortable to walk on, but we had a lot of fun admiring the different beautiful shells. Will definitely be back!
Would definitely come here again..actually there is a nice free parking lot at north end of Bonita Beach. Great for shelling and walking...nice sandy beach. Beware of sharp shells...laughed when I read another review complaining...who would complain about this...it is paradise. Nice shower and covered deck area in park with washroom facilities.
Easy access; paid and unpaid parking; long beach to walk extensively; restaurants in walking distance, restrooms, lots of shells (can make barefoot walking a little uncomfortable in places)
We were told that sunsets were not to be missed from this beach, so we made the trip to see it. The sunset was truly spectacular - photo attached!
The sand and shells are different every day I go for a long walk all the way out to the north end of the beach where when the tide is low you can see a variety of sea life - shells, whelk egg casings, corals and sponges and dozens of fighting conchs - waiting for their tides to come back... 更多
We were there at Spring Break. We parked in area #14 which has parking meters which take quarters or credit cards. Six minutes per quarter or two hours for $4 on the card. We arrived at 9 am and were the first car there. We left at 11 am and the lot was full and traffic was cruising to find... 更多
