This museum in an out of the way location is a small gem. While the main attraction is the sailing vessel the Kalmar Nyckel, but the Forney Collection of model ships (mostly sailing vessels) is fascinating, well displayed and accompanied by thoughtful and interesting text and pictures. Great way to spend an afternoon.

You don't often get the opportunity to sail on board a Tall Ship, and the this one is located right near the tourist waterfront area so you can walk (about 1 mile) to the brand new docking/maintenance facility for the ship.
