I was SO lucky! March 31st: 9 inches fresh snow and no crowds. April 1st: slightly overcast and no crowds. April 2nd: Beautiful gorgeous, sunny, bluebird day. A little crowded, but it was a Saturday! Spring skiing is ALWAYS great any time you can get it!
This ski village is much nicer and more integrated compared to Aspen. Parking is difficult as the village is auto free. Also their is lots of construction going on along I-70 and you need to get creative in your routes. This is my third visit and it was more quiet this time. It seemed like most stores were closed by... 更多
Vail Village is full of quaint shops and great restaurants. It is easy to get to and the free parking (during the summer) is a plus. The Intown Bus (free) is great when traveling with one who walks with a cane. We would love to come back again and again!
The thing I noticed and loved most about this little slice of heaven was that everyone is friendly, outdoorsy and healthy looking. It's a joy to walk around where people are so friendly...everyone says hi. The gardens and flower boxes are just bursting with color and they are lovely. My family had about 4 hours to stop and take in all the Vail Valley has to offer. Not near enough time in this wonderful town! There is so much to see, so much to do and so much to eat! I gave Vail an excellent rating and I look forward to the time that we can go back!
Wes was our guide for an outstanding ATV adventure ride! This was our second trip with Sage (our first was a snowmobiling excursion) and we will definitely be back! Thanks for helping us make great family memories! The McLain Family
They really have it together. Yes, it is not the cheapest, but then again with the free bus around the town, and clean and friendly place. Beautiful surroundings, lots of activities. Ready to go back!
After much renovations in recent years, the Village is even better than b4. Plenty of food establishments as well as lots of retailers, both inexpensive to $$$
