I come here frequently with my kids. There's a cute little museum with an interactive area and the rest is outside. There are live animals and demonstrations - it's really quite cool. It's a free museum so I think it's always nice to leave a little donation as everyone there is a volunteer. Lots to learn and see.
This place is first- FREE, second- more expansive than one might imagine with outdoor activities as well as indoor activities, lots of special events including lawn concerts and special holiday activities-- even has a conference room should you need a meeting place
We go there every year for October Halloween stuff- great atmosphere- you get a real feel of those who started our city of Littleton with unique collections-

We take our grandchildren regularly. They love to see the animals, sometimes baby animals.. Very small place, kids can run around free. sometimes special demonstrations.
