Downtown Grand Junction is a gem! There are over 20 local restaurants to choose from. Lovely little local shops from clothing to record stores and old fashion candy! The wonderful art & sculptures on the corner make walking down here a joy.
After dinner my wife and I decided to take a stroll through downtown and then back to our hotel, which was also downtown. I would have thought that on a July Saturday evening there would have been much more activity, basically there could not have been more than a few dozen people in the 6 block area that we walked.... 更多
Not too bad of a place. Parking is horrible, and of course the city nickles and dimes you with parking meters everywhere. Bums, drunks, and degenerates all over the place. One of the worse things about GJ. It's a mecca for hobos and rejects. In fact, there's one spot along Main St. where there are fountains that come out of... 更多
There were not many tourists wandering around downtown Grand Junction in July. It was hot, but we enjoyed the pedestrian walk ways, stores, ate at one of the local restaurant, and had some Gelato. The renovation is lovely, and the down town seems vibrant with restaurants, bars, shops, bakery and more.
My daughter went to Mesa State college so I have not been here for years but I really want to retire here in about 6 years. I love everything about it.
Downtown Grand Junction is one of the cutest small town downtowns I have been to. There are numerous shops and EXCELLENT restaurants. Oh - and Poke stops galore. I'm pretty sure everyone was playing Pokémon Go........pretty fun to watch.
After a long day of sight-seeing, partaking in the multitude of recreational activities, and you find yourselves hungry and looking for a place to sit down and rest your tired feet and eat; look no further than DOWNTOWN GRAND JUNCTION! This is by far the area to go to be seen and heard. It reminds me so much of my... 更多
Great little shops and lots of cute antique stores. Lots of cute restaurants with patio and sidewalk seating. Nice way to spend an afternoon and great little place to sit and have lunch.
Main Street is a great place to visit to take a stroll during the day exploring the many shops and restaurants. The street is decorated with cool art, comfy benches, and little street traffic. Several really good food options too.
