Trail was easy, moderate, and occasionally difficult. After completing 26,000 steps that included the amazing Red Rock amphitheater nestled in the mountains, we had Lunch in nearby Golden home of Coors brewery. One of the best hikes during our three week stay. There is a scenic drive overlooking Golden that is worth the views.
I've been running and hiking in this park since the early 1990's. With all the many loops and options you can do as much or as little as you like. One of the closest natural trail near Denver, right out off I70 exit. Nothing spactacular but it great for a pleasant weekend walk. Ends in the spectacular Red Rocks amphitheater.
This is a great place to get outdoors, even with little ones. There's some beautiful scenery along the way and you'll get a decent workout. Great views when you get up higher.

The trail runs into Red Rocks Loop Road after about 3.5 miles (but the trail continues). In the meantime, you'll twist and turn through plenty of... 更多
