There are no long lines at Hesperus Ski Area. This is a wonderful place for a young family to ski. It is relatively inexpensive and a great place to learn to ski.
We have a winter home nearby and my grown daughters enjoy snowboarding here as it is so easy to get in and out of, plus the prices can't be beat. They do have lessons but you must check ahead of time as they do fill up. The slopes always have snow and this is fabulous for beginners and people just... 更多
I had visited this place with my family and friends, it was lot of fun doing the snow tubing, which cost $10 per tube and 3 tubes per family. It was fun, kids enjoyed. Some improvements could be done with the place though....
We came here on a typical day. I am revieweing 4 stars because they dont offer ski lessons for small children younger than 4. So I wasnt able to go skiing... though we went for the tube hill...had a blast of a time. Very fun definitely you burn more calories than skiing or snowboarding because you walk you way up... 更多
Took my 14 year old and nephew 19. This place is awesome and priced right especially for first timers. We arrived shortly after 9 and the boys were in snow board lesson before 10, just them with an instructor. They were on the slopes shreddin' the gnar by 11. They were able to go up and down immediately, almost no... 更多
We where looking for a reasonable price place to take our 2 teenage kids skiing for the first time. They have a 1st timers package that is cheap it includes a lesson, gear, and lift ticket. The instructors where very nice and helpful so patient with the kids. Both my boys could ski/snowboard by the time we left. Will definitely... 更多
I don't know why this place doesn't get more reviews. We skied our first day at purgatory and it was a nightmare. Thousands of people crowding into one ski resort with long wait lines and ridiculously high prices. Someone in our condo recommended Hesperus so we visited it the next day, wow. Less than half price, no lines and a... 更多
great value for skiing of any level, they even have night skiing as conditions allow. This is a local hideaway kinda place and is a gem of a ski area
Affordable, quaint, and low key. We hit this place on a week day and there was hardly anyone there. the snow happened to be really soft still, and it was a great place for our four year old to feel comfortable learning to ski without the crowds.
