Twenty Ninth Street is a modern day version of the iconic Perl Street. You can find Macy's and Apple here but not the street artists, fancy stores or crowds just hanging out. You need to be lucky to get a parking space on the 29th but close by parking lots are hardly ever full.
We reached here on Sunday around 5:00 PM. It was easy to find free parking in a nearby theater.The place looked pretty deserted with a lot of upscale branded shops and restaurants. It is much better option to go to pearl street mall where there are a lot of people.
This outdoor mall opened 2-3 years ago. A big plus is the large underground parking area. No parking hassle like for Pearl Street. Lots of good stores here, but it seems never a lot of shoppers, except for the Apple Store. The Macy's is very large, and seems to give away much of it's merchandise. A good cookware store next... 更多
Parking is difficult for Pearl St. Mall, but not at the 29th St. Mall. What you won't find are one of a kind interesting little shops. You will find an Apple Store though and that's mighty helpful when your device develops a mind of its own. Help me Genius Bar! There are food places, fast and otherwise, even a Starbucks.... 更多
