After riding our motorcyles all day, we stopped at Indigeny Reserve at 5:05 pm on a Thursday since their website said they were open until 7. There was a note on the door that said that the facility would be closing at 5 that night for a private event. Lucky for us, the staff and owners of Indigeny are all... 更多
We never heard of this brand of cider but wanted to learn about the process involved in making it. We were lucky enough to have the owner himself giving the tour. He was incredibly knowledgeable and kept the tour interesting. I had no idea how much is involved in the process of making cider but he was very detailed. Even... 更多
Great place - we've been back twice. Nice hiking path, beautiful views. The cider is great, the tour informative, and we loved the moonshine, too!
Amazing what they are doing here! From growing their apples to processing them in the finest way possible...beautiful grounds, beautiful equipment...wonderful!
We, 9 of us, enjoyed our day so much. The weather was warm, but not too warm. The employees of Indigeny Reserve were as nice as could be, with good information and always had a 'I want to help you in any way I am able' attitude. The tour was informative and very complete, all of our questions were answered... 更多
This is a beautiful place. The tasting area is attractive and the staff is friendly. I was shown the area where the ciders and brandy are aged - all very clean and well kept. The gift shop has a lot of attractive items available and the staff was able to discuss the items with intelligence. Loved the blackberry cider!
If you have tasted Calvados or hard cider and like rural areas in the Sierra Foothills you will be fascinated by Indigeny. The facility is a little off the beaten path, but worth the effort. Down a country road and across a stream on a covered bridge, the tasting room and distillery is set among 100 acres of various varieties... 更多
Gorgeous serene setting amidst the orchards, delicious ciders to taste, wonderful gift shop with creative items from local artists and artisans, super friendly staff, lovely picnic grounds and walking trail. Altogether a terrific little field trip!
Wonderful setting. What a fun experience. Had a private tour which was very interesting. Loved the tasting of different hard ciders. I am not a drinker at all, but loved their product. Wish I could purchase it near my home. We took a picnic lunch and sat outside at their tables. Took a .7mile walk to an abandoned mine and... 更多
