Our parents are real Reagan fans and we'd had a good time at the Reagan Library and Air Force One, but this is kind of a tame imitation. It's mostly just Reagan propaganda. Not even much about his TV and movie career
Free tour of some Reagan memorabilia with interesting stories from the tour guides there. Doesn't take a lot of time to tour. They have some interesting videos which you can play
Very nicely done as it is a personal perspective of President Reagan and has a lot of his mementos from his time at the "Western" White House in Santa Barbara. Staff very pleasant.
Be sure and stop in and have a look. It is free and so interesting. They have really done a good job on this center. There are docents there to answer all your questions and show you around.
Although not that politically minded my Huband and I decided to visit the centre as Reagan was part of international history. It was a lovely clean building. There was a lot of information, not only political but personal too as well as items to view. Would say that the centre is worth a visit even if you are not particularly... 更多
We were met by a docent that gave us a very personal look at Ronald Reagan the man. It was very informative and interesting. I would recommend visiting the Reagan Ranch Center. It is open Monday - Thursday.
Wander down State St and you'll find the Reagan Ranch Center at 217 you'll find this somewhat hidden gem. There are docents to lead you around -- at NO COST. There are interactive displays. Many photos and lots of audios and film clips to watch. It is like going to a mini presidential library. It is great for children, adults,... 更多
Great location at the bottom of State Street, next to the Amtrac station. Intimate insight into our past presidents life. Appropriate for children and adults alike. In the lobby there is a huge concrete portion go the Berlin Wall.
Unfortunalely we had no idea that there was so much to see in the Center and did not allow enough time to visit. It will be definitely be on our list for next time.
