We happened to visit on a day they had 600 4th graders. We said fine and thoroughly enjoyed a couple of hours. The place is huge so never felt crowded. What a wonderful Mission. The Docents are really helpful and engaging. We were there for one of their special days where they were in costume & character. This will be a family trip to remember. We so appreciate all that goes into preserving history and teaching future generations about the significance of our states history.

First of all, the history was so vivid and extraordinary. It's So plain and non-commercial. I actually felt like I was back In time! As a first timer, i learned SO MUCH! Overall, It's a must see for visitors of the Santa Barbara County/Valley!

I have been to many of the California Missions and I like them all but this one truly showed how a mission was a working community of everyone helping and working together. In this mission you will see how they truly lived... 更多
