Hmmmm, breakfast or wine tasting? Breakfast first then tasting! Great zins, superb syrah, darn fine cab franc and the friendliest staff anywhere. Breakfast is huge, tasty, and timely. Finish that and waddle over to the tasting room where you can't go wrong! And, it's all affordable!
We had such a good lunch the day before and our way to continue trip was right by this place. Well again breakfast was fun and an adventure. Cookies and snacks to take with our drive to SF. Again great morning selection with great service.
Michael David is one of the larger & more well-known vineyard in Lodi. With opening hours earlier that the other vineyard, it has a restaurant & a deli that serves meals throughout the day. So we started our morning drinking here. Seriously what's better than sipping wine at 10 am sitting in a beautiful garden with the sound of fountain... 更多
Beautiful grounds with many outside seating areas. Large pond with friendly ducks. Super fresh baked pie - and oh, yeah they have wine too. Wine tasting was a bit crowded. Café on site - heard good things about it but was too busy eating a whole pie....

Stopped in just to to do a tasting. The lady was so friendly! We wanted to do a tour which they were not doing this time of year due to being off season. So We did the tasting anyway and she suggested we try the lunch. Which was phenomenal! The food was fresh, delicious, cheap, and the service was great.... 更多
We stopped by for a quick tasting before heading to the Lodi Wine and Chocolate festival. The service was good, some of the wines are a bit tart for my taste but others are very good. Would like to come back again and spend more time, maybe sit outside.
The baked goods are to die for-cookies, breads, pies-several varieties of each to choose from. It won't be difficult to find a wine that you like either. Our favorite was the Earthquake Zinfandel. We didn't eat here, but people were waiting for a table at the Cafe.
