Saw a show there. It was a great venue. All seats are good as it is as alter venue. I bought tix the same day. Hassle free and ate at a restaurant next door.
We've had season tickets at LJPH for many years now and enjoy most performances we attend. Of course some plays are better than others but that is a matter of personal preference. The actors are always top notch professionals. One thing that I really enjoy is the creative way they change the stage each time we attend. They have even... 更多
The La Jolla Playhouse is one of the very best regional theatres in the country. Performances are consistently outstanding, and the collection of shows is always very diverse and at times unique. We have season tickets and never miss a performance!
The Playhouse is one of the most innnovative theaters in the county - maybe the world! Every play we've seen here has been thought provoking, extremely creative and innovative. They all challenge your thinking, even the ones I haven't LOVED, I have felt I learned something from and expanded my mind. The playhouse is under attended by students and young... 更多

In this fast-paced play, Josh Cooke, Matthew Rauch, David Rasche, and Annika Boras are stand-outs in this superb production. Inspired by events in the 1980's when perceived value overtook intrinsic value, the... 更多
I saw The Last Tiger in Haiti, and it was wonderful. I was with an older woman who is blind, and we had to go down many stairs in the playhouse. There were no handrails at the top of the staircase, so she was holding onto the wall and needed additional assistance. I will post a picture of the staircase.... 更多
This awesome production shook my world. I had always wondered what happened in Haiti after the major earthquake decimated the country several years ago. What had happened to the children whose families were killed? Were they adopted into American homes? Abandoned? Placed in orphanages? I never knew the subsequent tales of tragedy or stories of healing. Well, now my questions... 更多
I have been a longtime patron and usher at the various La Jolla Playhouse venues. Some of the best plays, musicals, and showcases originate here before debuting on Broadway. There really aren't any bad seats in any of the theaters because they were all built for audience viewing pleasure. They consistently have excellent performances. Ample Parking is a nominal fee... 更多
