A long, very steep, flight of (new?) steps takes you to the shrine and gets you get closer to the castle at the top.
The Noh stage at the shrine was quite attractive as was the stone bridge.
We noticed and photographed all the old stone lanterns and lions at the entrance which were cribbed in with very modern steel...
On the way to Inuyama Castle, you may see this old shrine. The appearance looks great! They say that the deity of this shrine is famous with child related. Pregnant women visit here for safely delivery. And after delivering, the family come back to celebrate.
My son received the red seal of this shrine on his seal book.
