Sutter Street is a ton of Fun. We live in Folsom and this is a great place for kids or adults. They constantly have a ton going on!
We tried to eat at Chicago Fire. It smelled AMAZING in there! But, we didn't have reservations and there wasn't enough time to wait, so we ate elsewhere. There is a wonderful candy store on Sutter street. The Sutter Street theater is a nice treat!
A nicely preserved historic street with bars, shops, and restaurants. A nice walk strolling along the historic section of Folsom. Plenty of parking available. Light Rail access. Close to the American River. The shops vary from antiques to chocolate. Always a pleasure to visit Sutter St.
Another well preserved Northern California town along with other towns such as Placerville, Auburn & Nevada City. It's well worth a visit and the chance to see the old Wells Fargo windowless building! Plenty of interesting stores & eateries plus good museums. Great place for children & adults alike.
Sutter street has most of the typical tourism fare, but it is also home to some amazing local restaurants, pubs and artists. Planet Earth rising is just wonderful and you can even get a reading from a local psychic or medium! Family in town? Take them to Sutter Street!
The first place my wife (then fiance) and I visited when we moved here little over a year ago, and we've been frequenting it ever since. We've met some of the best people, and some weird ones, too, but we've always had a great time regardless. Can't go wrong - unless you want to, that is.
Sutter Street in Folsom provides a charming part of Sacramento Valley History. There are interesting stores and restaurants in the area.
Sutter street is very short. A mere two blocks and you have hit all the main shops. But still its a good place for Ice Cream on a Warm Summer Day. normally the City holds events in this area as well. Traffic can be be annoying but still its an option.
