It's taken me years to get round to visit the Fry and I live locally. I do recommend it – especially if you're at all interested in Bawden and the rest of the Gt Bardfield artists. My visit came with high expectations as a big fan of Edward Bawden but there was no need to be apprehensive as its hard to imagine a better way to spend a Sunday afternoon to view his work and many other increasingly important local artists hailing from the Great Bardfield and Saffron Walden area.
