We have brought out flat bottom here several times over the past 20 years. The lake is very well kept and peaceful. Small lake just for fishing/canoeing/kayaking. There is a trail that goes around the lake for walking/running/biking.
Running/walking trails, bike trails (both paved and unpaved options) and a park, all surrounding a lake that you can boat on. The trail also goes by the Botanical Gardens.
On the major Fayetteville trail (atop the moderate, but still largest hill on the route), this small lake is a nice size to spend a hour or so remembering you haven't worked out your arms in a long while. Another bike trail circles the lake. The little rental shop (Lake Fayetteville Boat & Bike Rental) has very accommodating staff and... 更多
I've lived here 13 years and had no idea how large and beautiful Lake Fayetteville is! Has a marina, and a spillway! I biked around it twice-10 miles; now is a part of the Razorback Greenway Trail System. I parked at the Botanical Garden and biked to Pauline Whitaker arena a different day.
This is 9 mile loop with a wide concrete path for running, jogging, walking, biking or bird watching. The lake is a bird sanctuary, and the loop runs through the Botanical Garden. Beautiful regardless of the weather. An absolutely lovely place.
This is a small lake that is surrounded by a walking/bike trail and also mountian bikes trails. They circle the lake. It has a fishing dock/pier. It also has nature areas. There is also a Frisbee golf course on the Northside of the park. The park on the south side has pavilions with grills. It also has sand volleyball courts.... 更多
This is the only lake in the Fayetteville area. Just be careful not to go alone. There have been reports of sick individuals exposing themselves to and/or trying to abduct women while enjoying the path what goes around the lake. Always carry your cell phone and when possible, go in pairs or groups as well as with your dogs to... 更多
There are volleyball courts, playgrounds, a frisbee golf course, a 5.5 mile paved trail that loops around the lake, dirt path trails, and a group of food trucks.
Mountain bike trails are about 5.5 miles of challenging, and tough, and perfect. Vertical, tons of turns, rocks, roots, and fun. The trail has several areas with high bank dirt turns. There is a new area with bike ramps, and large rocks, and dirt obstacles (right next to the disk golf area).
