This is one of our favorite places to visit while in Sedona and I hear that the mayor may be closing it down. That would be a shame for it is a wonderful family owned store with a lot of great buys.
If you have a fancy for the southwest, this place is for you! It is full of almost EVERYTHING you could want - from art to metal to chili ristras, furniture, mirrors, statues, pottery, baskets....list goes on. We couldn't miss this place on the highway and were mesmerized by all the color of the offerings seen. Aisle upon aisle of interesting arts, crafts and souvenir type items. We spent at least an hour here with friends looking at everything. Well worth our stop.
In trouble with the city, too much stuff. It copies another wonderful place in Sedona called Mexidona which is much more friendly, accessable and wonderful variety that changes monthly as the owners go to Mexico on buying trips quarterly and return with grat new finds.
I absolutely loved all the beautiful art and décor that was available at this place. I also thought the prices were reasonable compared many other places I have visited in the area. You can definitely spend a couple hours here just taking in all the cool stuff there is to see.
My husband and I have shopped at Son Silver West Gallery several times when we visited Sedona. The Gallery has an amazingly expansive collection of southwestern art work and decor including rugs, lamps, furniture, tapestry, painted wall and free standing metal sculptures for indoors and outdoors, chimeneas, fountains, baskets, wind chimes and so much more!
