The best and I mean the best RODEO I've seen and I've seen several in many places. The John Payne one armed cowboy was the best (seriously we couldn't believe it, I cannot even tell you what it was you wouldn't believe it), we also enjoyed the barrel racing, bronco buck riding, bull riding and the wagon pulled by the... 更多
While eating breakfast the next morning I overheard 2 couples talking about the rodeo we had all attended the night before. One couple was lamenting how it used to be a place where friends and neighbors gathered for a visit and some good, clean fun. "Now it's overrun with tourists!", she said. Well, I'm not exactly a tourist since I... 更多
We are always searching for great places to spend the 4th of July. We chose Prescott this year and it was a great decision! The parade around the town square was more than 2 hours long and filled with incredible variety and patriotism. The whole square was filled with booths featuring art, crafts and specialty food items. I've never attended... 更多
We moved from Chicago to Phoenix in 2006 and my wife had never been to more than a county fair rodeo. We attended our first in 2006 and really had a good time and have attended most years since. We enjoy the clowns, bulls, announcer and all the people. We found this year to be a little tiring. The same... 更多
Saturday Evening I experienced my very first rodeo. I must say that I enjoyed every minute of it. When I made the reservations online (just a couple of days ago) there were only like 6 seats available. The two I chose were perfect and cost $20 per ticket. Parking was $5.00. Our seats were right where the action was. All... 更多
Went to the Rodeo last night and they put on a very fast paced active show! Lots of food, clothing & souvenir vendors. Drink prices reasonable and they will allow sealed water bottles but nothing else.
We've been going off and on for the past 23-years!! We went last night, 06/29/16, to take our daughter's fiance who had never been to a Rodeo! He experienced his first Indian Fry Bread, first Birch Beer, first Kettle Korn and then of course the main attraction!!! We sat in Upper I, had a great view, close to the restrooms... 更多
We moved to Prescott about a year ago, and this is the first Rodeo I have ever attended. It was pretty amazing! Beautiful horses, agile Cowboys and happy fans. Lots of foods and beer and stands selling cowboy (and cowgirl) gear....Had a fun time and I'm sure we will go again next year!
Took my family: Two of them had never been to a rodeo and they had a great time. I only wish they had "calf scramble" where they tie a ribbon on a calf's tail and a group of kids try to get the ribbon. It's such a hoot to watch, but they didn't do anything like that.
