It's not much of a canopy walk - just a single suspension bridge leading from a tower to a large tree, but it really is quite a lot of fun! The tree has a number of ladders/stairs to climb to various viewing decks and the views are pretty good - you do climb quite high above the rainforest floor. The... 更多
This was 20 tala per person. Which you can understand is needed to keep the structure maintained. However it doesnt feel very secure. If you have the nerve to get to the top, and can ignore the poor maintaince and structre the views are stunning. But I would limit the number and weight on each platform, not one for small... 更多
I wouldn't say it's a great canopy walk but if you're in Savaii and need something different to do, for 10 tala it's o.k. value. Also included in the cover charge you can drive further down the street to see BIg Foot (total rip off and they charge you 2 tala to take a photo) and you can also see... 更多
You may finish the whole trip in 20 Min. It's not a big place but people can still enjoy the nature of a rain forest. The huge trunk is quite stunning actually and the view on top of it is great.
Its a fair drive up to Falealupo, and personally I wasn't wowed by the canopy walk. Its a metal walk way between to trees, so it may impress younger kids or those not happy with heights, but it did nothing for me. You can then climb up the stairs to the top of the tree to see across the canopy,... 更多
Worth doing for the experience, but could be a lot better, in my opinion. The hosts could include a bit of information about the local flora and fauna in the forest area. More information about the cultural significance of the amazing banyan tree which you climb up, and the birds you can hear twittering all around. I would recommend to... 更多
This is literally a treetop walk. U climb to the top of one tree using wooden stair which are very cleverly built and sturdy. But it's not a canopy trek/water like I thought. Not sure if it's worth the $20tala. There is only one swing bridge. The one u see in pics. Be good for someone who want to face... 更多
Paid the 20 tala to do the canopy walk - this price also included the entrance fee to "Muso's footprint" and the "House of Rocks" which are located a bit further along the road. Nice walk in the bush with the guide. Climbed the spiral staircase to the swing bridge. If you hang on to the wire cable ropes that hang... 更多
Was nice to get out of the hot sun and enjoy nature in the bush. Incredible old tree where the steps go up, but its really only a 5 minute walk. We only did it to kill time, wouldn't go out of my way to do it.
Me and my family visited the Falealupo Canopy walk, what a shame there were no safety briefs from the people who maintain the attraction. I thought it was too expensive for what it was only 10-15mins to the top. My tour guide mentioned to me that a Asian lady fell from the top! This is appalling!! I would highly recommend... 更多
