My wife, children (boy and girl, ages 11 and 9), and sister in law, enjoyed our afternoon with Norma immensely. Norma's cooking class was fun, educational, and delicious! I recommend this to anyone as the time spent with Norma also taught us not only about Argentinian cuisine, but history, and modern life in Buenos Aires. Well worth the time and... 更多
You start at 11 and it is finished at 2 pm and then you realize what you have learned in these three hours. It is a relaxing cooking and preparing three meals. It is amazing .... you are cooking empanadas, postres and a stew, you will never forget (because you get the recipes!!). And at the end we eat what... 更多
Norma provides a great total experience. Her bright, modern apartment is in a nice neighborhood and has a good city view. She is extremely personable and well-organized. We made three dishes: beef empanadas, traditional Argentine lentil stew, and alfajores. Of course, in a 3-hour session (the last hour of which you eat the dishes you have prepared, with wine) there... 更多
This was such a wonderful cooking class experience. Norma is extremely hospitable, going above and beyond to make us all comfortable and account for any dietary preferences so that all may be included. I loved the intimate setting and small group setting, where all could participate in the kitchen. It was a joy to hear Norma share her particular advice... 更多
I loved the cooking class with Norma. She makes you feel right at home and makes sure each person in the class is involved throughout. Plus, everything was delicious!
Really cool experience, nice apartment, good organisation, good food, good wine, good lunch all good :) And Normal speaks 3 languages so it's really cool ! I really recomend it !
Delicious, delightful class learning to make some Argentine cuisine! A lot of fun and delicious food too! An experience that you definitely want to have!
Of the different cooking classes available in Buenos Aires, this is THE one to try. THE POSITIVES: - The hostess, Norma, is such a warm and welcoming teacher. Immediately upon greeting she makes you feel like an old friend. - the class is absolutely hands on, you actually get to make your dishes, not just watch. She is very attentive... 更多
I love to cook, so I was thrilled to find a genuine Argentine cooking class. If you have never been to Argentina, just know that empanadas and alfajores rule all. So, to have the opportunity to learn how to create them and bring those recipes back to the States was a dream. Norma invited a small group of us into... 更多
My friend and I found the flyer in our airbnb. It seemed a nice way to immerse ourself in the Argentinean cuisine. And so we did. We learned how to prepare the nicest things from scratch. Empanadas, lentile stew, alfajores, etc. Even including a vegie option for my friend.
