I drove to the Museum hoping to spend a little bit of time there only to discover that it closed at 5 pm. I got there at 4:40 pm. When I inquired about the cost, they told me it would be $5, but they were closing in 20 minutes. Couldn't just let me in and wander around for a while... 更多
I had no idea what to expect but to my surprise, it was interesting. My favorite part was feeding the 3 goats they had and the baby chickens.
About 1o minutes ouside of Jerome on the road that runs alongside the fire station is the Gold King Mine and Ghost Town. We did not see any ghosts but the place is rammed with old cars, trucks, motorbike sand old mining machinery. It might not suit everyone, but for me it was really good to look around the old... 更多
We spent 2 hours in the mine exploring. We really had a great time, and there are lots of things to see. They have a cool canon that the shoot off now and then that shakes the entire town. Good for the entire family.
