Hidden oasis in the heart of Peoria/Glendale. Great place for family Bar-B-Que. Safe place because of the Park Rangers are always on patrol.
This is a large greenspace next to Glendale Community College. It has a dog park, lots of playground space and picnic tables. Not a tourist destination in any way.
Nice park, lots of stuff to see and do, the historical buildings are interesting. Nice playground for kids. Dog park is good. But the park has been very dirty lately, Trash on the grounds.

Only limited structures are open and available to view each day. Photography is forbidden. Not convenient if a visitor cannot come back time and again to catch buildings open for viewing.

The Bride and Groom Rooms are in a lovely historical house that is just a small bridge walk to the rose garden. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The reception area is also... 更多
