This is your typical tourist attraction. Food, fuel, trinket shopping and an attraction to gawk at. Cost to enter is cheap, and the rest stop is welcome
We , like others stopped here out of curiosity , after we moved down here last year. its basically like a travel center, nothing special. To see the Thing, only one dollar, pretty cheap, its a fun little walking tour, kids may enjoy,,,why not try it
We have always seen this sign on the way to Phoenix and never bothered to stop. Finally, I told my husband that we were going to stop and see what "The Thing" is. The price to gain entry is incredibly cheap and it only takes about 10 minutes to walk through the attraction. I found it to be rather interesting... 更多

Stuck in that cage all these years. Front staff at all Bowlin's rest stops eagerly welcome you walking into the store, and don't even grunt at you when you walk out. Odd biz practice I noticed over the years. Good ice cream, understaffed DQ counter.
My brothers and I forced my mom to take a detour to visit this place in 1970 after seeing billboards for 100 miles, and since I was passing through I thought I'd check it our for nostalgia.
