It is a 45-60 min hike over a very easy trail that is even considered handicapped accessible. If you time it right, you can see the salmon jumping up the nice beautiful falls and may be lucky enough to see some bears feeding on the salmon. I would carry bear spray but there is very little chance of encountering bears... 更多

Hike was not bad though, some parts were strenuous for our age.I think the hike was a bit farther than the sign said because when we got back my tracker said 6.74 miles. It was well worth the hike once we had arrived! Lots of salmon to watch but no bear! Signs of bear... 更多

My husband and I took this easy 2.3 mile hike to Russian River Falls and enjoyed it so much! The views were awesome! We even saw salmon pooled at the bottom! It was a gorgeous hike and not difficult at all. While in the area we took the Russian river ferry across to a great fishing spot!
I have hiked this trail a few times. Watch out for bears. Keep plenty of fresh water with you and even pack a light lunch. It is so worth the visit to the falls.
