Guided walk through stunning forest, the walk is fun and educative, a great way to learn about the forest and the local environment, such a diverse range of fauna and flora, colourful birds and tropical plant species. Great views over surrounding countryside and Volcano on a clear day. The trails and bridges are well maintained. Coffee shop and gift shop... 更多
Great experience-Must see it when you get to La Fortuna. It is a romantic atmosphere with a lot of nature and forests. Walking the bridges was so much fun. I never saw a hanging bridge but you have to hold on to the rails. Small waterfall.
We hired a guide and it helped a little, but I don't think it is worth the cost. We only saw some frogs and snakes. We did hear the monkeys. If you can swing it try to stay close to group that has a guide, as they will point out interesting things. The basic loop around the 16 bridges is... 更多
We visited the Arenal Hanging Bridges as a tour package with Desafio. There are no words to describe the beauty of this place! Trail is made for everyone to enjoy. Being a national park, keep in mind you are not climbing Everest! No off trails. The park is very well kept. Our guide made this trip more enjoyable by teaching... 更多
A great trip to get to know the tropical forest. 2-3 hours would probably be enough for the walk. Make sure you are OK with the hights as some of the brigdes are high and give some breathtaking views of the forest. Birds, snakes and monkeys are to be seen. The place is very well mantained. 100% recommended
Between Arenal and Monteverde hanging bridges, these are definitely the ones not to miss. Definitely well maintained paths and bridges and easy to navigate. Breathtaking views of the forest below. The hike is not too strenuous, we were with out 10 and 12 yo boys and we all enjoyed it. One annoying thing is that they do not allow the... 更多
We had a guide for the day with a small group of people. There were seven pretty long hanging bridges going from the highest and working your way down. The bridges alone were stunning since you could see such beautiful plants and waterfalls quite far away. The bridges are wobbly, so you must hold on especially when others are on... 更多
This is a great place, well maintained paths, the bridges are good too! And while it might be stating the obvious, the hanging bridges are high, they move a little and you can see through them to the forest depths some way below. If heights are an issue the fixed bridges should be ok but the hanging variety perhaps a... 更多
