A beautiful , well kept save place to walk , run, take your dog to walk or the dog park, smooch on the bridge, watch ducks and geese, ( but be careful where you step) , a fine contribution to the city , by Wynton Blount ! We go all the time.
Beautiful park…After a long drive it was so refreshing to get out with granddaughter & great-grandson to stretch our legs, get some fresh air, let the little one run free and feed the ducks, geese & turtles. It would be a great place for a picnic if you choose a place away from the 'critters', otherwise plan to share! lol
There is a nice museum there where you can eat and kids can feed the geese. There is room to walk the paths or for flying kites etc. There is a wonderful theatre there. It is a Shakespeare theatre but they also have other plays and performances there during the year. It is convenient to I-85 interstate and to other... 更多
Had a lot on my mind and needed a walk. What a nice rolling walking track. We probably walked for 30 minutes by the pond and through the geese. My only suggestions for improvement would be; add a bench or two, and have someone remove the pornographic drawing on the bridge. For Montgomery, this is a nice park
I absolutely love this park. It is beautiful all throughout the year and super family friendly. The most beautiful part is the botanicals garden.
I love the small dog park (there's a large dog park next door). Huge expanses of lawn. The playhouse has some really good entertainment, don't be fooled into thinking it's not top notch just because it's Montgomery.
Wonderful walking paths through a scenic park - you might see some black swans! Sculptures, water features, Fine Arts museum, Shakespeare Festival theatre - just a lovely park for a refreshing stroll.
The Park us home to the wonderful Alabama Shakespeare Festival and the Superb Montgomery Museum if Fine Arts, as well as a glorious dog park, multiple acres of walking paths, a lake, and gardens in the English countryside variety. It's a wonderful location.
