I was quite surprised to see the way this historic place is maintained. This is a well known place for those who believes in Great Swami Vivekanandji. A Small entrance fees is charged by the trust which i suppose to just maintain it.
The speciality of this Temple is that, it does not discriminate if you are religious or not. People of all religions are welcome. The priests sing beautifully and overall a very relaxing and soulful place.
The whole place is an architetural marvel. I find it quite similar to the Ramakrishna Temple at Belur Math. Its a great place for meditation and the temple engages in lot of charitable work which is highly commendable. Highly recommend to visit.
