We visited this Monastery a late afternoon. In a small chapel, we met an orthodox priest, who questioned about our religion at once. We answered honestly. He became angry at once. This relaxing place has the remains of St John the Baptist's hand and a piece of Jesus Christ's cross. There is a little souvenir shop. They loan you free sarong/shawls to cover knees and shoulders.
Free to get in, nice and welcoming people. Beautiful from the outside and inside, there are three beautiful rooms and a little shop where you can buy a few things/souvenirs and candles. However, our guide told us it was AMAZING and that we had to go... it was nice but not amazing.

Unfortunately if you won't go... 更多
