This is a must do walk. You can see the hanging coffins and for an added adventure, make sure to explore the underground river and cave as well. We really enjoyed walking through Echo Valley when we went to see the hanging coffin. The pine forests on the hills are lovely and the guide pointed out different areas of the valley where coffins have been rested, not just at the main cliff face that we went to. It is a very pleasant tour.
I cant help to take in the amazing views as I walked down to the coffin area. Do note that it is a steep walk but well worth it. Just breathe in the fresh mountain air and make sure you wear proper shoes!
There is an Ecological walking tour that goes through the Echo Valley and goes by the hanging coffins. Worth the money and effort. A little strenuous in spots, but very interesting.
Based on the experienced of my family members who visited this place, on the way down was very stiff and very tiring but worth trying! From their visit to that place, you can also see the hanging coffins.
We saw these formation on our way to other tourist destination places in Sagada. It's one of the places one must at least see since this one of the things Sagada is known for.
It's not called Echo Valley for nothing, obviously. The views are great and the tourist guide's trivias about the place is very informative.
