Nothing special about this place, but you'd be surprised at how fast fog can come and go. Setting up a bonfire is very ideal since it can get very cold, but ask a local to do set up one. The place was also swarming with cow poo so be careful where you step. :D
Walked here from Sagada (roughly one hour on foot uphill). The place itself is not very beautiful. It's a small lake surrounded by trees. No special surrounding, no beautiful water, no good view. It's just a place to cool off (if you dare to enter the yellow/brownish water). Not worth visiting if you're on tight schedule.
Photos with the cows and the lake is amazing. Relaxing place. I suggest visitors to bring a good camera, that's the only thing you can do thing. Do not attempt to have a picnic, lot of er-er of cows everywhere.
