Mixing mountain and sea, pretty easy to go, very beautiful. Totally recommended. Spend some time there, before or after take the way to Pão de Açúcar, wich is very close.
There are people who knows many places in the world, but not this trail. A good, quiet and safe place near Pão de Açucar, Praia Vermelha and Morro da Urca. You can see the ocean and some beatiful landscapes. Well kept and with signals

This is a four kilometres straight trail which starts in Praia Vermelha (Red Beach), very close to the Sugar Loaf station. Astonishing sea views from there. If you have plenty of time in Rio, do not miss it.

It's a very safe area due to the presence of soldiers from the brazilian army (Urca has a lot of military venues). Very nice for a little walk after hanging out in the Sugar Loaf or Urcat, so check... 更多
