The trail for Pão de Açúcar peak (not those of Rio de Janeiro) is moderate and takes circa 45 min to reach the summit. Nice view of the bay.
We did this hike the morning after hiking along the coast for 3 days. It took about an hour to hike to the top. It is a trail that is fairly steep the whole way up and coming down would be a little tricky if it was raining because of how steep the trail is and slick even when dry.... 更多
This place has one of the best views I've seen in Brazil. To go there, you should get a car or a bus to the village of Paraty-Mirim and from there hire a boat to the Mamangua Bay (Saco do Mamangua). The trail is quite exhausting as it goes straight up, there are no serpentines and it was really hot! Make sure to take enough water and maybe an energy bar or something to eat before going down. I think it took us almost an hour but it's well worth it. The views from there are just breathtaking!
