This museum is fun for the family!! Learn all about paper making and even make some recycled paper of your own. Several crafts for you or your kids to try. The gentleman who helped make the paper was super-he really made it a good time.
Nice little museum explaining the process of papermaking from start to finish. There are plenty of hands on displays and videos to keep it interesting, most of which are geared toward kids. I had been here once before but it had been years ago. This visit I had some young teenage girls and they enjoyed it. There is a video to watch for starters. Then you can read through exhibits and along the way the way there are hands on activities. At the end you get to make a piece of recycled... 更多
I work in the paper industry and am currently on a project within sight of the center. The exhibits are interesting but certainly directed more towards school kids. I'd love to see more of the "nuts and bolts" of the industry but I guess that would need more real estate and cash!
We were looking for something fun to do with, last min Saturday. This museum helped answer the questions my 5 year old asked...what's that smell mom? I told him it was the paper factory so we set off to discover what we could about the paper industry. I remember taking a tour of a paper plant when I was in grade school (30 years ago) but they don't do that any more.... 更多
