This experience is a wonderful for families with children of all ages. There are walking paths and so many fish. You can feed the fish if you bring food, or they have feeders that you can purchase some kibble for the fish. A quick experience unless you take advantage of the walking/hiking trails. Beautiful scenery.
We have been here a few times taking our grandkids and by ourselves. You can get to understand the hard work and dedication it takes to stock our streams in PA. It is an interesting and fun place for the kids our grandkids enjoyed feeding the fish.
This was a nice little stop in the countryside where you can see many retaining ponds filled with trout of 4-5 different species just hanging out. The sizes of the fish range from about the size of an adult's hand to a small dog. You can buy fish food and feed the trout, if you like.
I recently took my granddaughter for a day out. How nice to have a place to go and walk around see the fish and it not cost you. Only fee is if you purchase fish food. beautiful ground to walk around in with nice parking
