This is a beautiful park! During your visit, you could play on the playground, swim in Lake Erie, look for beach glass, feed the ducks in the large pond, sled ride down the large hills in the winter months, tour the Lights on the Lake between Thanksgiving and New Year's, look at antique cars every Sunday evening between Memorial Day... 更多
There is a nice duck pond with a stone walkway, railing and is mowed and neat. The park is clean including the restrooms. There are places to picnic, a small play ground even a boat launch.
This park has so much to offer. A beach on Lake Erie, sand, a playground, lots of green space, a duck pond and peacocks. Great place to take kids of all ages. Room for family or romantic picnic.
No dogs allowed in the park. CCW not allowed. Park workers do a great job keeping the park clean and neat. Grass and flowerbeds are well kept. Very nice picnic pavilions. Good supply of grills and picnic tables. Nice beach. Disc Golf! Restrooms are clean. Easy boat launch. Perfect park, almost....My dog would LOVE it. That is a huge shame.... 更多
There is always lots to do at Lake Shore Park. Make sure to take a trip around the duck pond, walk along the stone path, and visit the concession stand for a fried elephant ear.
They redid the park so has nice landscaping and many wedding pictures are done there. Great for family and functions. The park is very nice but the beach is not that great at all. Right on the lake and can have great views and beautiful sunset. Nice to take the family
We love going here to see and feed the birds and also to go swimming once in a while in the summer :) We also go to the Lights On The Lake here in the winter :) We love it here!
Small beaches, poo littered grass, and a huge pavilion. The wedding was excellent under the pavilion. It was reserved for us and went smoothly. During the reception we wandered off to the restrooms. I advise you stay on the paths. All in all, typical park on the lake. Big hills look fun for sled riding!
I've always loved Lake Shore Park - it was great summer and winter for kids growing up - it's beautifully taken care of, clean - has small food venue - picnic tables - great views - I don't know if they have ducks to feed anymore - but it was the best thing to do when we were kids. A... 更多
