The Willard Chapel in little old Auburn, NY is one of the few remaining churches in the country designed by Louis Comfort Tiffany. It is a hidden gem that few know about or appreciate, even those living here. It is well worth a stop to see the beautiful design and stained glass for which Tiffany is known.
Do not miss the opportunity to see museum quality art by Louis Comfort Tiffany. We visited a cloudy rainy day and the windows and chandeliers were still amazing. The floor, walls and furniture are a rare opportunity to see a total Tiffany design. The tours are very informative and places with this type of history are so seldom in their... 更多
The guides were Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the town, the chapel and its history. Early afternoon is a great time to see the highlights of the stained glass. As clouds rolled away it was great to see the windows light up.

The elements complement one another; bring a small flashlight so that you can get a good look at the fine details on the furnishings. As the only complete Tiffany chapel... 更多
We were with a bus trip to the Willard Chapel. It was a nice day so the sun was shining in through the Tiffany windows. The Tiffany windows, lights and fixtures are the highlights of this tour. If you are a Tiffany fan then this would be a very interesting tour. The tour guide attempted to perform a Powerpoint presentation... 更多
The WIllard Chapel is the remains of a one-time seminary, now partly restored. I enjoyed seeing the chapel; the guide was knowledgeable and engaged, but somehow I was left feeling that something was missing. I wish that were not the case, and i would still encourage you to go for yourself.
Fun little tour if you like churches or if you are interested in Tiffany. It has a unique mosaic tile floor. This is the only known, unaltered Tiffany religious interior to exist. There is a short video at the end of tour. This tour would likely not be of interest to grade school children or younger.
This is a must see, especially on a sunny day. The Tiffany Glass is amazing, as are the mosaic floors and the wood work. It is just beautiful. A true gem.
