I went to lunch at Palmer and then dinner two weeks later. Wow! The menu is amazing for a start. The wines delicious. Just the whole attitude of the staff etc. The head chef obviously has it all under control. He is very nice & obviously guides the kitchen supremely well. We will be back!
Enjoyable place that fits in nicely with a tasting tour. A good last stop to stay awhile. Comfortable ambiance, nice variety of tastings, good options for a light bite. If you don't have a whole tour and just want a nice place to enjoy, this is a good choice. Staff were knowledgeable & welcoming.
We stopped towards the end of a long day of wine tasting. It was very, very busy and it was clear people were enjoying themselves. The outdoor pizza oven and staff preparing pizza's was humming. We went indoors and too a spot at the tasting bar. Had great service from a younger gentleman and as the tasting bar thinned out... 更多
Visited 5 vineyards of which this was the most disappointing. The only place I didn't buy any wine. The guy doing the tasting was poor, we had to get the info out of home as opposed to him informing us of what we were tasting. Go if sunny day and you want ok wine in a nice setting. If going... 更多
We stopped in only because we saw the "brick over pizza" sign from the road. They are dog friendly which is a plus for me. The guy playing guitar was singing really good music, Metallica and Pearl Jam etc. The outdoor area was very cozy with lots of seating. Looking forward to going back here next year !
Pros: red wine is good (not quite as good as Sherwood or Bedell) very nice outdoor area for having a glass of wine on new chairs and picnic tables acoustic guitar player with amplification for entertainment Cons: long wait for bathroom at times long waits for wine service on weekends sat down with a glass of wine and was about... 更多
The winery itself is very nice, and has a large deck to enjoy your wine if you want to be out of the sun. However, my husband and I were charged $10 for a "corking" fee to open the bottle. We are not cheap, but we just felt like it was an unnecessary charge. We go to the wineries frequently... 更多
It was an absolutely beautiful day so we decided to take a ride from the hampton a for a wine trip. This was our first stop. We did a wine tasting flight and ordered two brick oven pizzas. We settled outside by the vineyard. It was a very nice setting for a fun afternoon.
You can go straight to the tasting or take a little walking tour. Once you get to the back,it has an old rustic farm house feel. The back porch is covered and you look out onto the vineyard. You can choose from a tasting of 5 wines,a glass or a cold beer. I had the red tasting, they do give... 更多
My friend and I enjoyed our recent visit to Palmer. For the wine-tasting we had a choice of four different flights, each with four pours (price ranged between $15 and $19 for a flight). We both felt the sauvignon blanc was the standout wine. Seating out on their back deck on a very pretty day was most enjoyable. There are... 更多
