I was passing so I looked in as I saw that it was free to enter. Mainly a display of historical photographs but there are other exhibits such as early radios and telephones, furniture and furnishing contemporary to Ataturk. This is an interesting insight into the old Antalya. Not only does it tell much about Ataturk's links with Antalya, it also gives some indication of an Antalya prior to the invasion of the tourists. It is also quiet and peaceful to go around as it appears not to be on the organised tourist trip routes.
The house of the Father of Turkey. What more could I say? This is an icon of the history of Antalya. You will see the simplicity of the house and how Ataturk lived.
Good to learn from Turkey's leader and history. We did this as part of our e-Bike Antalya tour, together with the rest of the main attractions.
It had some interesting stuff and it was free. The AC was good and it was a nice break from the afternoon heat. Worth stopping by if you are in the area.

A small free museum of one of the greatest leaders who ever lived. Lovely photos of Mustafa Kamel Ataturk and a small insight into his behavour and thinking. I am English but it bought tears to my eyes to think how much work he wanted to do for Turks and how regressive the country has become. What a shame, what... 更多
