Traveling with a high school teacher is great - she drags me to places I would never think of going. I usually have a great time, but this choice was pretty much a dud. The exhibits consist mostly of posters with lots and lots of writing. They're obviously not laid out by a professional graphics person and the occasional typo... 更多
Not sure what the difference is between this and the space hall of fame. Either way, it's a great stop, especially if you have curious kids with you or are a space buff.
I love NASA and all things space so I knew I would enjoy this museum. My wife and four children like "space stuff" too but they're not quite as enthusiastic as I am. That said we all enjoyed this museum. It was nice to see some of the more familiar NASA related stuff but it was a treat to see... 更多
This was just a mind blowing place. I really enjoyed our visit a the museum. Lots of thing from Space History that I wasn't aware. I will return back to this place.
A new (2 years old) museum about the origins of space rocketry. Mice and monkeys into space. Testing land speed records to prepare for manned flights. A nice museum with information shared through exhibits and a flight simulator that you can try landing a space shuttle. See the important role New Mexico played in our space history (I was surprised).... 更多
The building is beautifully nestled on the hill. The grounds have big exhibits of rockets. You start tour on fourth floor after going up a sound effect elevator. They have models and exhibits from USA and other countries. They have a small gift shop. The staff is smiling and so friendly.
Excellent for anyone that has an interest in space or science. Very affordable, lots of interesting materials available and doesnt take a real long time to go through it.
Nice museum of space history. Nice exhibits and great hands on activities for kids. Nice little gift shop right at the entrance. 3 floors and clean.
Great looking building on a hill above town - cool looking missles and rockets outside. Looks promising as you enter. Ok then, inside I was a little let down with not much to hold my attention. I guess if you were really keen into the evolution of space rockets and all - this would be more of an attraction. But... 更多
Loved going in the Mercury Capsule, re-living all the space flights when taking off from school to watch the launches was important and remembering the true astronaut heros! At the end you even got to put on a space suit...got to be a kid again. Great place!
