A good place amongst the very few in Peshawar to hangout with friends and family. The rich history of Peshawar and the surrounding areas is well preserved inside the fort. The most interesting part was the dark room in which they have dummy prisoner giving a frightening feeling when u peep inside.

Fort bala his at, the home of rangers (now), is undoubtedly one of the greatest and well preserved ancient buildings in Pakistan. Because of the reason it is under the use of armed forces it seems like a fearless giant is standing guard the city and its habitats
Its a Armed Forces building and currently used by Frontier Constabulary. I have opportunity to visit it and its worth visit. You have to arrange a pass.....not easy to get it.
While visiting this Fort it takes you century back in history. gives you bird eye view of Peshawar. Loved the way they kept it in such a good shape.
The Fort is situated right in the middle of the city and can't be missed as it is on the main Road i.e Khyber Road. It has its own granduare even the poor and unpleasant surroundings. I visited the place with a friend and had a guided tour so was fun to see the Fort, it's museum, the old dungeons... 更多
Historical forte. But unfortunately the FC has occupied it. This should be open for public. FC headquarters should be shifted to Hayatabad as huge land has been occupied for the same purpose there. But no one can tell this to Army. Even PTI govt. Has no spine to get this back from Army.
