The Park encompasses valley of the river Una, the canyon of the river Unac, right tributary of Una all the way to the river Krka in the west and the orographic slopes of the mountains Pljesevica, Grmeč and Osječenica. Local population has always been aware of the exceptional value of the area in which they live and the threats that... 更多
Una is one of the most beautiful rivers / areas I've been to. The park itself is very nice, you can see many things, animals, fauna and places - while it's all surrounded by awesome nature and clearest water. Staying there 1 or 2 nights is perfect. ( take some sun cream with you ;) )
We were visiting Una NP only for a few hours, but the impression of wildness was great. If we compare NP with Plitvice lakes just beyond the Croatian border, it has comparable beauty but is much less turistically exploited. The prices are fair (entrance fee for 2 adults in a car to Štrbaćki buk 6 eur), routes well marked, but... 更多
So, we went there with a car and wanted to see Štrbački buk. Road from entrance 1 is, well, I don't have a word for it. We asked guy on the entrance can we pass there with a car since road is macadam (12 km) and he told us that it wont be a problem. It was a problem! I... 更多
We went to entrance 5 and 3 and were pleasantly surprised. Entrance 5 is a short walk (100m) up to a few waterfalls within the woods and there is a cool picknick place. Entrance 3 is after a rocky road, which we drove on with our Suzuki Swift. It's definitely do-able, just drive slowly. After a 30min drive you enter... 更多
National park Una is a nature's wonder. If you are an outdoor lover and enjoy spending time in the wild, National park Una will offer a good deal of sightseeing for you. The roads to the park waterfalls are dirt roads, but if you take into account that this is a protected and preserved area, that it is something to... 更多
First of all the road to the waterfalls Strabacki Buk are very bad . Nature and river is truly wonder and it is recomended to visit this place . Also i recomend to visit Martin Brod. I hope that in future there will be investment in the main road.
It is much less crowded than Plitvice lakes! To visit the Strbacki Buk I do not recommend to enter via Entrance #1. The road is though and rocky, sometimes steep for around 13km. I felt a bit sorry for my car ... The area at the waterfalls offers seats for "picknick" - just sit down and enjoy the clean air... 更多
It's a must to visit. The place is incredible and refreshing. The only problem is that the location indicated on trip advisor is wrong. To reach Strbacki buk waterfalls, search in Google for "Strbacki buk" and follow the route. Skid road is tough somehow and I don't recommend people to bring new cars. The skid road is roughly 5Km.
