Built in the Old Russian style it has many exhibits. Being the National museum it holds much of the country's treasures. Gives a great perspective to first time visitors.

An excellent museum. Modern spacious and full of interesting exhibits documenting the history of Albania from ancient times to the present. Huge Museum with lots of interesting exhibits from 1400 through 20th century. I think there is not enough exhibited and explained of the communist era. Also a lot of exhibits are not English subtitled. No entry fee.

You may spend a couple of hours and will come out with a much better understanding of the Albanian history and culture. Try to get a guide to walk you through the halls, this way you can move... 更多
